	I'm interested in what's up with cogent to.. They've layed out lots of cash
to get up and running.  If memory serves, they sponsored something at Nanog
conf. in DC..

I have heard nothing but positive things about Cogent.  Give Barry
Morris a call.  I used to work with him at Nortel.  Good guy.
