err.  in the ckt switched world, allocations typically are more ridgid than in
a given IP pipe.  And this continues in its abilities to aggregate traffic.  I
see that as a contradiction to the assertion your assertion that there's no
difference or that voice networks are more efficient than data networks
(depending on how you want to read your paragraph).
