The addr I trace'd from was an internal non-rfc1918 nat'd ip.
Actual source may vary.

Connectivity is back up now, after about 15 wonderful hours of downtime and
not one phonecall from anyone inside verio.

E-Mail to my sales guy, his manager and the office of the president
have gone ignored.

You're the only one that even tried to help, from what I can gather.
