And this was one week after AT&T got caught doing the same thing with a contract from February (and many complaints against the spammer.) Difference is that AT&T dumped Nevada Hosting like a hot potato when they were exposed. Rumors are that Sprint and Bellsouth have multiple mass spammers that have been on their rolls for many months and many complaints.
