And this was one week after AT&T got caught doing the same thing with a
contract from February (and many complaints against the spammer.)
Difference is that AT&T dumped Nevada Hosting like a hot potato when they
were exposed.

I wonder how many other Tier-1 ISP's have these pink contracts.  Rumors are
that Sprint and Bellsouth have multiple mass spammers that have been on
their rolls for many months and many complaints.  Hopefully some anonymous
soul will forward copies of those contracts, if they exist, to the spamhaus
project as well.

The funny thing about this article is that it contains quotes from
Cajunnet's general manager, ironically one "Eugene Wanless."
