If you are looking for hotels, other areas two look are Rossyln, VA - there is a Marriot and a few other hotels there. On the Orange and Blue line one stop across the river from Wash DC North Arlington, VA along the Orange line there are a few hotels near the Ballston stop. Easy metro access into town and a few good restaurants like Mongolian Grill, Memphis BBQ, Vietnamese... Crystal City (Arlington VA near the Airport). This is where the Pentagon crowd lives.
