Increase in DDOS activity

The CERT/CC has published an Incident Note, IN-2000-10,
discussing widespread exploitation of vulnerabilities
in rpc.statd and wu-ftpd. This activity is significant 
to network operators because we have seen an increase
in DDoS tool deployment related to this activity.
