Ashburn MAE facility

Anyone see this on the new FAQ for the Ashburn MAE facility? 

"In addition, backup generators will provide power in case of an AC
power failure, however, AC backup is not guaranteed and will not be
uninterrupted."

I am hoping this is someone's clerical error.
