any ISPs using dynamic dns?

Hi,

Quick question: are any ISPs using Dynamic DNS for their end-user
addressing and naming, or is everybody using fixed assingments for this
still? Do any of the cable or xDSL vendors even support DDNS to
anybody's knowledge?
