You'd be far better off with a fall-back ISDN PRI, or wireless, connection to your same primary ISP. At least then you'll still be on the air to 100% of the Internet even though at degraded performance (which is something you can manage by reducing the bandwidth requirements of your application when such things happen, perhaps by dropping all the graphics in favour of a single "TV test-screen" logo or something! ;-) -- Greg A.
