SEMI OPERATIONAL CONTENT - outage info

Seems an auger took out 3 OC-192s in the Dallas area.  Can we get back to
the t-shirt thread and make it an auger instead of a backhoe?  :)

That's 29.859 Gbps!  Or 387,072 DS0s!

I hope that since the outage affects many of us the flamethrowers will
be on stun only (not kill... ;)
