We're seeing power-down on our CPE at about 10% of our SF Bay Area
customers, almost all in San Francisco and the upper peninsula, San Mateo,
South San Francisco, Burlingame, et cetera.  Peak was about 25%, at
about 7:30am local time.  My understanding was that some parts of Oakland
were effected as well, I didn't see any of that directly.  We didn't see
any problems in teh south bay or south end of the peninsula.
