Outage Archives/Outage Studies

Hi all -

Have any of you stumbled upon an Internet outage study?  

I'm looking for classifications of outages by cause (circuits, router SW,
misconfigurations, physical facilities like power, accidental pulled
cables, etc)  

If not, has anyone assembled anything like an aggregated outage-archive page?
