annoucing routes

It looks like eu.net or supernet (possibly both qwest, i dont remember) are doing
the leaking.. sprint customers are seeing a lot of routing problems and possible
disconnectivity, I've contacted sprint and they are now working on the issue. No
ETA at this time..
