Sprint folk?

I have a question for Sprint folk, in regards to thier filtering.

Let's assume for a moment that I have a /17 assigned to me by ARIN. I am a
customer of Savvis (who in turn is a customer of Sprint). I announce this
/19 and all is well.

Then, lets say that I get a customer, of which I assign a /19 to them from
my /17. Lets say the mutli-home between us and another provider. The other
provider does *not* have a connection to Sprint as a customer, but as a
peer.

When my customers' link goes down to me, and they are only connected to
the 'net via the other providers connection, with Sprint see that /19
announcement?

Can you convinve them to do so?

What if my customer had a /20, or /21 instead of a /19?

Thanks!
