TCG Chicago

TCG is currently experiencing a major fibre cut in chicago.
Their NCC could not give me a firm commit to the number of 
ds3s which have been affected, but estimates already
range over 100.  TCG was unable to provide an estimated
time of completion on the emergency maintenance.
