OUTAGE: Aug 3, 1998

Well, there seems to be something going on.  Worldcom is experiencing
delays of 30+ minutes answering their customer service lines.  Where is
the fiber cut or a frame-relay problem this time?

Yes, I already asked Worldcom customer service.  They didn't know what
was happening.
