Karl, you have the following on your updated list:

MCI Telecommunications Corp - internetMCI Provisioning
(NETBLK-MCI-NETBLK05) MCI-NETBLK05
                                 206.24.0.0 - 206.31.255.255

I am the admin for 206.24.58 and 206.24.59    these two networks have been
fixed to deny amplifying.

Please remove at least these two networks from your list.  Funny though...
