Hm.  What about the "Internet Liberation Front"?  They certainly
did attack the infrastructure.

And, then, RTM is their hero.  Every weenie out there would love
to say something along the lines "Know that '9x Big Internet Outage?
Like nothing since The Worm?  That's me!".
