this one itself is interesting

  o 4292 should not be announcing it in the first place

  o 3561 should not believe it from 4292 as it is an internal 3561 route

  o and his satanic majesty's filters should not have let it in 1239/1792
    because of prefix length

is it one of those new stealth prefixes?
