MCI and SprintLink are partitioned (fwd)

	MCI and SprintLink are disconnected at the moment.  MCI is
having a BGP problem with SprintLink.  Currently the two networks 
are partitioned.  The problem started just after 7pm (Mountain time)
and is still occuring.
